❓ Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and manage your address book.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, or you suspect an issue, contact us.
⏳ Why is my tracking not updating?
Some carriers (especially economy services) take time to scan or update parcels during transit. If your parcel is moving between countries or is in customs clearance, tracking may pause temporarily.
🛃 Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
This depends on your country’s import laws.
You, the buyer, are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. We don’t include these charges at checkout.
🧾 What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
If the item is returned or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties or refusal, no refund will be issued. Please check with your local customs authority if unsure.
📦 What if my order is damaged, lost, or delayed?
If your order:
Arrives damaged → contact us with photos for resolution
Gets lost in transit → we will investigate and may resend or refund
Is delayed → check the tracking and contact your local post/customs office
We do not cover issues caused by an incorrect shipping address or failure to respond to customs requests.
🧺 Can I return or exchange my order?
We only accept returns for:
Items that arrive damaged
Items sent in error
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products are factory-sealed and sourced from official or authorized distributors of brands like DXN, Gano Excel, AliCafe, and more.
💡 Are your products safe to consume?
Our coffees are pre-packed and labeled by their manufacturers. However, please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, taking medications, or have a health condition.
⚠️ My country restricts herbal products. What do I do?
Please check with your local customs authority before ordering. Some countries have strict rules on herbs like Tongkat Ali, Ganoderma, or ginseng.
